The conference, organized by the Master’s team at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) in partnership with AIJUDEFA, featured presentations by Dr. Cassio Namur (Brazil), Dr. Mauricio Calderón (El Salvador), and Dr. Nuno Cardoso Ribeiro (Portugal), each of whom shared the legal perspective of their respective countries.
The event aimed to offer a comparative view of de facto unions in the international context, enriching the education of students in UNIR’s Master’s in Family Law program.
