Our coordinator, Dr. Nuno Cardoso-Ribeiro, was a speaker on the Family Law panel on “How to be a good gatekeeper? How parental abilities are measured in each jurisdiction”, which took place at the 67th Congress of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
The event took place in Rome, Italy, between October 25 and 29, 2023, and the Family Law session covered topics such as procedural problems in international family cases, parental alienation and even the role of artificial intelligence and neuroscience in family law.
