The hiring of our service Online Divorce implies the previous agreement of the spouses regarding the divorce itself, child custody, child maintenance payments, family home, alimony and pets “custody”.

Online Divorce

Where the spouses have already agreed on all matters, the Divorce Online service covers the following services:

• Writing of the petition for divorce;
• Writing of the agreements concerning (i) child custody and maintenance pay, (ii) family home, (iii) alimony (iv) pet “custody”;
• Writing of the list of marital property goods;
• Filing of the divorce petition with the Conservatória and delivery of the necessary documents and agreements;
• Representation of the spouses in the Conference at the Conservatória de Registo Civil (at additional cost).

Online Divorce Fees

Our legal fees are in the amount of €500.00 paid in two €250.00 instalments (VAT included). If you wish to hire our service, please pay the first instalment. The announced fees will apply only to divorces of residents who have married in Portugal, and no questions of International Family Law are raised.
